[EU] 26.5 - notification forwarding not showing up on 13mini

Strangely, notification forwarding is not here on my wife's 13 Mini, but it's here on my 13P.
I'm pretty sure that her account is an EU one like mine (where can I check ?)
I've already restart the phone, any ideas ? 😢

Does she have any connected device thats compatible with receiving notifications?

I don't know, she has some bt device, but I don't know if they are compatible (a galaxy watch 8, an android head unit...)
Strange thing is that I have the option, and under it, I have my Apple Watch with full access, a Sony XM5 with full access (!) , two previous rented Tesla model Y and 3, with only "notification allowed".
