I envy everyone of you who got DHL as a delivery service ahahhaha. For me, Apple picked UPS (France) which is atrocious everytime. I managed to pre-order a phone for lunch-day, well I still don't have it and don't know when I will.. I wonder when Apple will stop working with them, they're so bad each time.
I got DHL when I ordered an iPad in may and it was perfect (from the Apple Store just like for the iPhone 16 right now). But I also planned a trade-in for my old iPad and they shipped the empty box for the trade-in via UPS. And it was a whole mess that lasted over a week (for an empty box, how funny). So no, it depends. Sometimes they do DHL sometimes they do UPS here..
I always get DHL when I individually or we as a company order from the store, EXCEPT day 1 products, which might ship with UPS or might ship with DHL. 🤷🏻♂️

So yeah, depends. For myself i prefer UPS to my office adress.
Never had anything with my parcels, always in perfect condition.
And they have a constant driver while DHL is changing the drivers each day.
Anyone else who ordered on launch day and is still waiting for updates?

Well I've only had bad experiences with UPS. And here it just got even worse, they're not saying the sender (Apple) asked to hold the package (which I called them and it's not even true). I'll definitely never again from the Apple Store again, I can't deal with Ups anymore. I'll just turn over to my carrier I guess.. Love how you can be so prepared for pre-orders, manage to get one for release day within the few minutes of the Apple Store opening just to end up receiving it a week later because they can't do their job properly.
I know the preorder phase is almost done and most of you has already received your iPhones but I wanted to ask something. I ordered mine a bit late and since then my delivery date was 02.10 - 10.10. And that's why I assumed that I could get my phone this week. but it still is "in Bearbeitung" also not even preparing to ship yet.
How many days did it take to reach that phase? When will I get an update, because I can't wait. 😅

die melden sich schon, also chillen. Mein iPhone 16 Pro wurde übrigens im August gebaut.
If you say so okay haha. I thought in this time window people get mostly the earliest day possible but I think I should wait a bit more.
