Holy lord, talk about blind worshiping.

Apple got "something" when you paid for that device.

Spotify is paying for their servers, internet access and everything else, why the heck do they need to hand Apple any money from that?

And if the problem is because the hold the app on their store, then provide an option to sideload the damn app.
Spotify doesn't. They are free to build their own platform to access Apple's customer base. But it's an Apple made device, Apple developed operating system, Apple developed app store, which started from nothing.

This is Apple's system, Spotify is under no obligation to use it at all. And if users are in such disagreement with the way Apple manages their ecosystem, they can either complain loudly to Congress or vote with their dollars.

Apple absolutely have material market pricing ability in app distribution. There are literally dozens of examples of companies directly citing that their pricing has to take in to account Apple's mandatory 30% cap. Apple will lose this case. Badly.
You do realize every product not sold directly by the manufacturer, but through a retail partner, takes in to account the retailer's profit because the retailer requires revenue to provide service such as floor space, customers, cashiers, people who stock the shelves, etc., etc. etc. Apple is no different. They provide customers, bandwidth, development tools, etc., etc., etc.

Part of the EU project is to inject money into the poorer nations through development grants. By making neighbouring countries richer they hope to increase overall EU GDP and make currency even stronger. The ancillary benefit is that poorer nations will come to the more wealthier ones for assistance with infrastructure.
Each election there appears to be more German's sick of propping up poorer countries and poorer counrtires sick of being held hostage by the German markets.
