Has anybody an insight why apple charges for 200 $ ram and storage upgrade 230 € in Germany, wich is fair concidering 19% sales tax and exchange rate but charge 270 € for the 200 $ m3 prozessor upgrades?

Different products carry different duties. So they have to pay a different import rate for different models.
Or because their market research says people will pay it.
