iPhone 13 Europe iPhone 13 mini/13/13 Pro/13 Pro Max Orders and Shipping Thread

Got a mail from Apple at 4 am to inform me my iPhone is ready to be picked up (and they can’t wait to see me … and my money 🤣).
8 hours to go.

I’m glad we have an Apple Store nearby, at least I know it will always be here in time.

What a bummer it is to see a delivery being pushed back. 😕 I would be so mad and at the same time so sad.
Got that for my PS5 on release day (cannot believe it’s been almost a year 😱).
They shipped them to be delivered just in time but the delivery truck broke, so the delivery was pushed back by a day (thank god, it was a Thursday) but at the time, they couldn’t say where the package was and when it will be delivered.

Was just on the phone with an Apple rep, he told me all company buys have 1 working day delay, because of VAT handling - so we´ll all have to wait to Monday.

There is hope yet - the UPS tracking has been updated to include a "destination scan" in my city, although the delivery estimate remains Monday.
 
Really angry right now. An hour ago the delivery changed from arriving today to arriving next Friday.

My order finally changed from processing to preparing shipment (delivery set for Monday )
 
My magsafe cover from apple, with DHL, was delivered at 11 AM but the phone isn't here yet. I'll be home for lunch break, hopefully the courier will be there before I go back to work.
 
Mine was just delivered, it’s beautiful. But wow it is large and heavy coming from a 12 Mini, and this is not even the Max 😱

DHL brought mine 15 minutes before I had to leave to work at 13:00. Can’t wait to get back home, good luck to all of you with quality lottery.

Hey guys!
I’m in Barcelona, ups says delivery estimate September 27th, Apple app says arriving today.
When I track it, it left the ups hub at Barcelona airport at 7am today and says “on its way”, so I’m not sure which date to believe! 😅

Just contacted Apple Support, they recognised the issue said they had several reports of affected Apple Store for Business Customers in the same situation, basically the only thing to do was to wait and they would see what they could do on their end. Quite angry tbh, also had some airtags ordered but they were stuck waiting before shipping the whole order because of all this crap. I emailed the account manager at Apple Europe in Ireland, since Apple Support told me that would be the best approach to sort this out, although they were clear I would not receive anything today.

TL;DR Apple messed up big on European Apple Store for Business Orders (they confirmed this over the phone). Orders for today being delayed 1 week

Today DHL delivered my new iPhone and iPad mini! He didn't knew that it was iPhone day but then realized why there are so many Apple deliveries today :)
 
Well. They tried to deliver it but I left my intercom phone slightly off the hook, so it didn’t ring when they pressed the buzzer, I now have to wait until Monday. I’m currently swearing at myself 😅

Yeah, delayed, but I my case it's one working day, confirmed - just got the shipment notification and UPS tracking code! Monday I´ll get it
