Correction: that email was just "it’s going to be sent" notification, it got actually sent just now.
Spain checking in. I bought it for the 24th. I have just received shipping info and dhl and apple says delivery is due for monday 27. Looks like they haven’t handed the phone yet, the label is created since the 20th, Origin: Milan. Awful if it doesn’t arrive tomorrow.

In my experience dhl or ups show a later date, but in the end it arrives at the date Apple says.
My ups tracking is at label created today, but I'm confident it will arrive tomorrow.
DHL delivery in Germany. Originally scheduled by Apple for the 24th, now says 27th. Item processed an hour ago in Prague, and still showing 27th. Might just try to snatch one up from the local apple store tomorrow morning instead...
Edit: Apple has now also adjusted the date on the website to the 27th.
Edit: Currently in BRNO, I assume it will fly to Leipzig from there sometime later tonight, if yesterdays schedule is any indication. Still fingers crossed that it will get here by tomorrow.

Apple originally announced delivery for the 24th.
Now both DHL and Apple announced delivery on Monday.
However, I think this will still change.
Last year UPS also managed the delivery within one day 😅
In many, many years of ordering right at the first moment of preordering, mostly iPhones, that never happened. It always got delivered on this day. I have the same problem but with iPad mini 6. I can't believe they send out 1000s, maybe 10000s, of orders 3 days too late. I mean users here are the minority. So this should happen to many, many more. Let's wait and see. But that Apple has changed delivery date is not a good sign.
This isn’t very hope inspiring. Who knows, maybe my local apple store will have some phones in stock tomorrow morning. Thinking about upping the storage from 128 to 256 anyway.
I had the same when I ordered the Apple Watch Series 4.
The Date got adjusted to Monday, but still got it on Friday. (also Germany)
Don't worry about the date DHL shows.
My iPhone 13 Pro case from the apple store was announced for delivery on Tuesday. It got shipped via DHL Express on Monday and the DHL Express tracking (and shortly after also the Apple order page) said it will arrive on Wednesday (instead of the promised Tuesday). That date got corrected once it arrived in Germany/Cologne and the case arrived in time on Tuesday, as announced by Apple in the beginning.
I think DHL just adds a day (which Apple's system picks up automatically) and will correct as the item moves towards the destination over night.

Just got the shipping confirmation for my iPhone 13 Pro (Graphite 256 GB) to Germany, via UPS. Not picked up yet, so no delivery date shown on UPS side yet.
My iPhone 13 Pro case from the apple store was announced for delivery on Tuesday. Just received an email that my 13 Pro 256 in Showoff Blue is shipped and expected tomorrow, bought from Netonnet in Sweden. Too bad I'm 1842 kilometers from home and not traveling back until Monday.

Had at noon today „Deliverey tomorrow“ on Apple’s site, then DHL said Monday, then Apple said Monday, now Apple says „tomorrow“ again.
DHL says, the parcel is sorted in BRNO, which is a good sign. A bad sign would be „preparing to be delivered to the region of the recipient“.

I'm in Germany too and I received the shipment notification via UPS at around 13:00 today. It still doesn't show information on UPS's website, but Apple shows delivery for the 24th. I hope they'll manage in time, I have a flight on Sunday, so I couldn't even receive the package if it slips to Monday. Well, fingers crossed we'll all get our phones in time.
Makes me a bit nostalgic, tracking packages like this. A bit like being a kid waiting for Christmas again.

Had the same (mine says processed, not sorted, is there a difference?). I think it might be different cached versions on apples side as opposed to a genuine update. I had the status jump pack and forth on apples pages all day. (between tomorrow and the 27th)
Just checked my DHL tracking (Italy) and it appears the item has been picked up last Monday, but shipment to me started today (Thursday, according to Apple instructions.
Every year it's the same process: DHL (or UPS) receives the stuff some days before and keep it in their storage until the day before official release.
Then they ship overnight to have them delivered to end user right on time.
