iPad Europe: Which iPad mini cellular model works?

I am from Europe, but will hopefully pick up a cellular mini this or next week in the US. Which model should I get? Att, Verizon etc?

These two models support the main European LTE bands (1.8Ghz) but no model supports the band 7 and band 38 (2.6Ghz) also used in Europe.

No big deal, will probably never use 4g, only 3g.
