Be careful - AT&T just implemented a 5GB/month cap on their formerly "unlimited" plan!

Their overage rate is listed as $0.00, so my guess is you get some sort of 5GB warning...

Sprint offers real 100% unlimited highspeed for $59.99 with 2 year contract. Been with mine for a year now and it's worth every penny. Even 100 miles outside of Reno at a truck stop I was able to logon to the internet in the desert.
