Lol nice. I definitely saw it, but there were posts where people were "skeptical" or just might now be able to see the contrast very well.
Apple has made a habit out of dumbing down their products for consumers. Do you think this naming thing is any different? It makes zero sense. 6th Generation iphone. ios 6. possibly A6 so why call it a 5? because thats what all the average people have been calling it forever. during all these rumors and everything people referred it as the 5. They dropped the numbering scheme on the ipad for no other reason then to not be predictable. they called the next iphone the iphone 5 to ride the hype train thats been built in the months leading up to it also because they will continue to sell the 4 and 4S so the 5 is the easiest way to keep it simple.
I can't believe this is even a topic. If you can't see the 5 "shadow" then you:
a) have the brightness turned way too darn high on your monitor.
b) are blind as heck and need glasses, contacts and/or laser eye surgery.
c) are grayscale blind.
d) can only count to 4.

You guys have it all wrong. The (5) actually is not representing the iPhone model. Instead it is to represent the same A5 processor used in the iPhone 4S!
