Event reminders in calendar?

Am I missing something or does the Mobileme calendar NOT allow to add a event reminder to the calendar?

I know it can be done on the iPhone, but web interface must be missing it unless I'm overlooking it.

No, reminders are not possible on the web interface. iCal, iPhone/iPad only.
