This is the first, I purchased an X-Files episode (Dreamland Part I & II).

Part II, seems to have Video glitch. I'm the anal type, so this is driving me nuts.

How does Apple handle this, I tried "Report a Problem" on my iTunes Purchase History.

Yeah I've downloaded TV shows that are missing audio before.

The report a problem in purchase history is the best way to go about dealing with it. The help people are pretty quick to respond and will usually have the problem fixed immediately. They'll give you a video credit on your iTunes account so you can download the proper version.
