Every time I right click, it highlights everything.

I know that generally double clicking a word in a web browser hightlights it, but my Mac has been higlighting things when I right click them. I know this didn't happen before. I think I may have accidentally changed a setting. Can anybody help me with this?

It highlights everything, or just the word you right-clicked on? Highlighting the word is standard behaviour - my computer does it too.

It highlights whatever I click on, but I swear it never used to do that.

It sounds like one of your shift keys is stuck down. try pressing and releasing them.

Sounds normal, so you can chose "search with google" in the drop down menu.

go to system preferences, click trackpad.
Uncheck these two.
