Did your CC get charged?
Because mine has and i sent them a email (waiting for reply) asking why it was charged for a product almost a month away from release. Most businesses won't charge you till the item is In Stock AND Shipped. It's not about the money, it's them not stating they would do that.

When did you order? Is it possible it's just the pre-auth charge and will drop off in a day or so?

This was the case with mine anyways..

I was charged as soon as I ordered which is lame since it will not ship until late June.

That was my beef. They replied to my email and just said they do that and my options were keep my order or cancel.

Same here. I pre-ordered mine on June 23. They wasted no time charging it on my credit card on the same day!

My shipping is $5.65. Still pretty high considering how small the package will be.

How can I find when to receive it?

I'm assuming they'll email us when it's shipped. Hopefully....

Wow, the way they worded that sounds rude. Is Power Support channeling the arrogance of Steve Jobs?

I was going to go ahead and pre-order from them. I'm now going to wait until closer to the end of the month. I have a vacation coming up and want to keep any little bit of money I can for that.

they weren't really rude

"I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we charged our first
several customers who placed pro-orders. If you like, we can cancel your
order and refund your account. Then you are free to reorder as the problem
has been resolved. Please advise on how you would like to proceed. Thank

Oh, well that sounds a lot nicer. So they are not actually charging until they ship.

Did Power Support ever explain WHY it's shipping/released so late??

I thought companies were not allowed to charge your credit card until the item is at least ready to be shipped or being shipped. At least, that's my experience. If its a big deal you can always file a claim with the credit card company.

They are allowed to charge your card before stuff ships. It is just generally considered bad business ethics.
