In which release of the OS will we have a decent Siri, usable Apple Maps and better AI functionalities?

The option to prevent RCS to "Retry as Text Message" is new. It used to just be for iMessage and RCS would automatically retry as a text message if the RCS Message would not send immediately. What this means for E2EE RCS Messaging I have no idea, but it is a change.
