Everytime I contect my iPhone 4 to my computer

Everytime I connect my iPhone to my PC, PhotoShop starts. Anyone ehlp with a setting to stop this. Sounds like a Windows setting.😕

Try this:
Go to My Computer
Right click on iphone icon -> properties
Click Events Tab
Select event -> camera connected
Select "take no action" or choose another option.
