So I preordered my 32 gb last night and everything went fine!

I received a call in the morning from American Express saying there might be a security problem with my card and they are checking on a charge of 300+ from ATT.

I said yeah its fine but now I'm thinking that might mess up my preorder.

Correct. It's actually a good thing since you've been charged.

I paid with AMEX and I never got any warning. Just the funds removed.

I got a similar call except from Wells Fargo, i allowed the charges so everything is fine.
