EX Hard Disk is not recognized in macbook pro

Hi

I am trying to see connect drive of my External HD when connecting to my laptop MacBook pro but does not recognize it and facing issue without know the reason

This may be a silly question but:

Do you know the format of the drive? Ie: FAT32, APFS, or Mac OS extended?

If it is not the right format your computer may not recognize it.
