Excel 2008 crashes on a regular basis for no reason

I just arrived on your website - hello to everybody.
I am so happy to find this forum...
I have a problem with my Mac Excel 2008 which crashes all the time since 3 days - for no reason.
The spreadsheet closes suddently after sometime 10 secondes, or 15 minutes. I always loose my work so I got into the habit of saving my doc every 10 seconds but it gets me mad after 3 days of work like that... !

My Config: MAC OS X 10.6.4 / 2.66 Intel Cor i7 / 4Go DDR3 / MacBook

E-mailed spreadsheets don't show up as an attachment

I receive a daily report in Excel. Problem is, it doesn't show up as an attachment in my email. It did for a while, but I can't figure out what I need to make be able to receive it again.

Always the same file?

Or, does this happen randomly, no matter which Excel file is open?
 
Excel 2008 crashes every few minutes

I'm having the same problem as julien, gregg2, and debbiek. Excel crashes after a few minutes. I've installed the latest update, restarted, same problem. This problem just started a few days ago. It came out of nowhere. Any ideas on how to correct this condition. I use Excel daily and depend upon it.
