How do I change the decimal separator from a comma to a dot in Excel 2008?
You don't change it in Excel:
Hi, thank you. Is there a way to use a dot as the decimal and thousands separator?
I know it is possible on the Windows version, but I cannot seem to be able to do that on the Mac yet.
Not possible, AFAIK.
Thanks. Do you know if this is possible in any other Mac office applications by any chance?
Use custom formatting... ###.###.###.##
That won't work.
Not that I'm aware of.
