excel 2008 is frustrating me

does anybody know how to export an excel 2008 workbook to .pdf format??? I keep trying and all it does is separate each sheet into its own .pdf file.

Do you have iWork? You could open it in Numbers and save it as a pdf there - I know that works.

File -> Print
Print what? -> Entire Workbook

Select the .pdf button in the lower left corner
-> Save as .pdf

Save it wherever you like after you change the extension to .pdf


This should save the entire workbook in one .pdf
