Excel Charting Facility

Hey, I would like to create a chart like this: https://forums.macrumors.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=27585 in excel. However when I try to do it, the y-axis always begins at 0. I would like to set it to my own value so it shows in more detail, i.e. 100 to 200 shows more detail if no values in the y-axis go below 100.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Control click the axis and select "format axis"
Select the "scale" tab and set the minimum
