Hello, I was just emailed an excel document with about a list of 3,000 names, addresses, and emails.....is there ANY easy way to import these straight into Address Book/Mail? I am using Office v.X Thanks in advance!

Or even use MS Entourage?
 
Open the Excel document and resave it as a CSV (Comma delimited) file. Then go to Address Book --> File --> Import --> Text file...

You'll then have to select the .csv file and set some options to define what the various fields are before importing.
