Excellent Apple customer service

    So today I decided to call up Apple because my Saddle Brown case was changing color to blue (could be because jeans) but anyway, I got this awesome guy called Paul, (don't know if I'm allowed to post his info) and he understood my issue and decided to send me out another leather 6s Plus case free of charge without me having to send my old one back! He also asked if I'd like the black one better as it will be less noticeable if it should happen again. He explained it should age in color (the color should darken, but not change) and that it was an issue apparently.

    This is why I buy Apple, he didn't have to do that, would have been fine with an exchange, but that was over the top.
