For a few months now my phone either goes over it's monthly data plan or comes close to doing so.
I've got background app refresh turned off, I've got iTunes match turned off, I've got automatic updates turned onto WIFI only yet the data seems to be spiking.
I've reset the statistics and in the last 25 minutes I have used 866 KB of data.
It goes like this:
Calendar: 20.9KB (not opened)
Contacts: 25.5KB (not opened)
Passbook: 7.5KB (not opened)
Safari: 24.1KB (not opened)
Settings: 119KB
System services: 668KB
Does anyone know what could be going on here? It seems to be rather excessive.
Today I have used 60mb worth of data, all I have done is use one forum app, and check a couple of pages on Safari, there is no way simple and low level browsing can use that much data.
