if apple accept to replace new one for me due display dim issue , and i want silver color ... so are they gotta replace silver color for me or gold ????

If your phone is past the return window and is being replaced due to a hardware problem, it will be replaced with the same color you have now. I am not aware of Apple allowing you to swap colors on warranty work / replacement.

I had a warranty replacement once with a MacBook Pro and they let me change the color. You can always ask.

Apple doesn't allow for a color swap unless they're completely out of a certain replacement color.

The only way of knowing is asking. I have heard Apple making exceptions in the past where they allow the customer to change colors, but by no means is that a guarantee.
