Exchange Email not appearing in iTunes

Wanting to sync my work email with the mail client on my iMac here but having no luck 🙁

The email is setup correctly on my iPhone so why is it not appearing as an account to sync with in iTunes when I connect the phone 😕

I can't get it to work for the life of me in the Apple mail client so was hoping to just connect the phone and pick the exchange account to sync 🙁 Any ideas??

It has to be setup the other way around; Properly setup in the Mail.app of your mac to sync to the iPhone.
