Ordered a 6s on Apple.com but I've decided to exchange it for another capacity/color. If I would return the phone at an Apple retail store would I be able to purchase the new 6s right away if I'm financing through AT&T's next plan? Also, for those of you who reserved an iPhone through online, how does it work? Thank you!

Not sure about Next, but I exchanged a 6s Plus purchased online at the retail store yesterday. I just made a reservation online to buy another phone, and when I got there just told them I wanted to exchange mine. They did a refund on the original phone then just sold me the new one in a separate transaction. I paid full price though so I'm not sure how this would work with Next.

I exchanged a phone today through the next program. I did reserve a phone before I went into the store though to guarantee getting the phone I wanted. Took 10 minutes.

Ok, just wanna make sure my eligibility for Next goes back on right away. Was planning on reserving the phone as well. Were you required to open the phone in the store?

Just reserved my iPhone model that I want to exchange my current iPhone with. Can anyone confirm if the eligibility for my Next plan will be available as soon as I return the phone?
