Exchange Mail Days to Sync

I am trying to get set-up my Exchange accounts on my iPhone X (11.4).

I cannot for the life of me get the Mail Days to Sync to keep my changes. Regardless of what I choose, whenever I go back into the settings it has reverted to "1 Month".

Any ideas?

Who is the Exchange provider? I'm under the impression that "Mail Days" can be controlled by the Exchange server.

My email is hosted by Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. I have looked through the admin settings and did not see anything in particular; maybe missing it?

I'm on Office 365 direct from Microsoft and can successfully set mine to one of six options…so the difference is Godaddy. Contact their support.
