My name is Jason and I'm from Nevada and hoping to help with what appears to be a pretty big issue with MobileMe and the Exchange Server with those whom would like to sync their work calendar with their MobileMe.
It's a lot of work, but it works. I've tested it fully and now I'm finally able to use the features of MobileMe.
On your work computer:
1. Create a Gmail or Google Account
2. Download Google Sync and install it. Set the settings to go from your Outlook to your Google Calendar. That will put all of your appointments onto your Google Calendar
On your home computer, do the same with that computer to sync from Google Calendar into your outlook. Then set your MobileMe preferences to push the outlook calendar into your mobile device.
