Exchange question

Is there a basic write up on how to use the exchange service? My work uses exchange but will not set it up (they don't use iphones) and cannot tell me the settings to use. I know the exchange server to use but cannot get it to work.

Any help out there?

Do they support push to windows mobile devices? If they do they the iphone will work just fine. If they do not then you will not get it working with exchange.

all you need to know is the address for owa access, the domain name, your user name and password.

The rest is a snap.

All you need is:

your email server (eg. smtp.apple.com)
Your user = (the bit before @ in your email address)
Your Password = the one you use to get your email.
Your Domain = eg. 'apple'


This should then work... But it will only work if your IT dept. have installed Exchange SP3.
