Exchanged my iphone for a new one and the back-up is not working HELP!

I just exchanged my iPhone and I did a back-up right before so that i would not lose my saved games and such. I just got home and restored from the back-up phone but when it finished it did not work! Not of my apps are there! When I click on the phone in itunes, it shows the apps but they are not on my phone. If I sync, am I going to lose all my saved games??

Actually, now that I am thinking about it, I think I may have restored it from the wrong back-up. Is there a way to re-restore it??

Plug it into iTunes, click restore, then restore from the correct backup.

You're both mixed up. A backup has the game saves and settings but not the app himself. The APP IS SYNCED. So do your backup and sync.
