Exchanging A Light Seal In Store For Size

What’s the procedure? Do you have to bring the whole unit with you or just the light seal? How does this work? TIA.

I've heard you can just walk in, but it's probably better to make a Genius appointment. I would expect you only need the seal, because you can test the fit with one of the store models.
