Exchanging Apple watch studio bands at apple store?

Hey all, I ordered the Product Red band with my watch but realized it isn't a deep bright red that I remember from gen 1. I ordered one of those on ebay instead.

Does apple exchange band only?

They should (I think) but you would be best to call and ask them directly.

Store manager says it wouldn't be a problem and understood how rough it is to get a titanium exchanged.
