Hi... I currently have a 16GB Black 3G, but I want to get the white one. Does anyone know how Apple and AT&T handles customers who want to change colors? Do I have to pay the full upgrade price? How does AT&T handle the whole thing? Anyone attempt this before? I've been having a lot of issues with my phone, and even asked the person at the Genius Bar if they would change mine for a different color, but they refused. Instead she gave me another Black. Even offered to pay, but the lady was just the worse tempered Apple employee ever. Didn't give me any answer. Thanks all!
