Anyone have issues with this? decided to get a different color + size, but would not let us do it immediately in the store. they said wait 24 hours, well its been much longer than that and can't do it in store or online. Citizens one says the account has been cleared/closed, the refund completed etc.

Not following. Has it been longer than 14 days?

If there is nothing wrong with the phone why would they let you exchange it?

I don't understand why you have to wait. Can't you have multiple plans with Citizens One? I have one for my iPhone and one for another iPhone.

I just did this. I was almost 30 days out. I exchanged my phone, they cancelled my current plan and started a new one.

Clearly stated within 14 days. return it for whatever reason one wants...so...?

Could it be an issue with your cellular carrier?

No idea, they were able to do some sort of push on Apples side to clear it up and finally got it through. not sure why it was so tedious. maybe because the specialist initially did not activate the phone when walked out and I had to manually do it when we got home so I'm wondering if it didn't recognize it or something. but apple had to call some customer support number to push it through eventually. they had a few others in store having the same experience.

Good to hear they fixed it!
