I did and should receive my 15" by next Tue. I initially got a base model 13" M2 and decided to upgrade it to a 16gb due to the memory issue, when I went to the apple store to do the return I was suprised to see how much more screen real estate the 15" had over the 13" yet it wasn't that much heavier, so I pulled the trigger on a 15" with 16gb instead.

I have done this exact thing and thus far I am not regretting the decision. It's Apple thru and thru. The screen is awesome as far as my eyes can tell and so far no complaints. I have only had it a couple days. Is it heaver, yes it is. Batteries and glass have some heft to them. Does it run like my 13", yes it does. Will it take up more room on my tray table during my next flight? Nope, that is what I have a iPad for - just sayin.

I did; I had a midnight 13”. The finish was starting to rub off the sides after a couple months. I could have had it looked at, but decided to trade it in for a 15in base model in starlight.

I was going to upgrade to the 15" but... here's my story:

Love the M2 Air. Didn't expect to, but I bought it as a second computer for my den. This little machine kicks butt and so when the 15" was announced I watched all the videos and decided I wanted it.

Apple's trade was $655 and while that didn't seem too offensive (I bought mine used so not too much of a hit) I listed it locally and got a couple hundred more. I took the cash to Apple ready to buy the 15" and then... I picked up the 15" for first time in person. Uh-oh - while the bigger screen is everything I could have hoped for, this thing is quite a bit bigger/heavier than the pics/reviews make out. I was expecting love at first sight, but it definitely has given me pause and so I'm thinking about it.

In short, I somewhat regret selling the 13". Luckily this was not my main machine, so I'm in no hurry. I'll go back to the Apple Store and take another look at the 15" and then make a decision sometime in the next couple of weeks.

Okay, I'm really struggling with this. I did exchange the 13 for the 15 after watching a thousand videos and typing on each, surfing, etc. I got this 15 home yesterday, and I just don't think I can do it. It's not heavier by much on paper, but it FEELS heavier. For me, it feels fine on the desk, but bulky on the couch, in the bed, on my lap. I'm really missing the form factor of the 13. The screen is great, but as far as the speakers, I'm having a tough time noticing a huge difference. How many times does Best Buy let you exchange before they stop you lol? My 10 year old that knows zero about laptops walked by and said, "Why is there a big empty space on each side of the keyboard? That looks weird."

I'm getting the 13 inch and not looking back. To each their own and enjoy your Macbooks.
