Exclamation mark when rotated to portrait orientation

Hello,

I just had the feedback app icon (exclamation mark) cover the entire screen when turning the iPad to portrait mode.



I had Safari and clock app in split view and video in PIP but offscreen. A mail notification came in and I rotated the iPad to portrait orientation and the exclamation mark filled the whole screen. I switched back to landscape and it disappeared but again appeared when switch to portrait.

I was using feedback app earlier so may be bug related to that. The PIP video also ended at the same time so may be triggered by that. I have reported it but wondering whether anyone else had this occur?

I've had the similar on iPhone when multitasking in landscape. The twitter app preview was replaced with a giant Spotify logo. I'm finding lots of hard to pinpoint bugginess around app previews and rotating between portrait and landscape.
