Can you do it in PS or Standard OSX. View EXIF?

Do what? View it? Photoshop will allow you to, I don't think OSX as a baseline can but iPhoto shows some data.

If that doesn't help then you're being way too vague.

I use Preview, just get info and choose the details-tab.
