I don't get your point?

If you're trying to suggest Apple have copied existing clipart/icons then well don for pointing out the obvious. After 15+ years of clipart and iconography being around, every possible variation and combination of most practical icon has already been done. The exact same similarities can be called out in any and every icon set that ever existed.

Actually a lot of professional designers use stock resources whether its vectors, photographs, or simple things as these. Nothing new here. It's how you put everything together that has a big impact. There's a big difference between clip art and stock imagery.
