existing iWeb site file editing

I have a website iWeb file a friend did for me....got me started and i'm trying to get my iWeb to open it so i can edit it.

how do i open the file with iWeb. I've searched through the forum for relative matter but didn't see anything, if this is a repeat question my apologies.
