exit YouTube full screen and new notes app pop up

Sometimes when I exit out of YouTube Video from full screen, new notes app pop up. Are you guys experiencing the same thing. Is that a bug?

In your System Preferences, search for Hot Corners (under Displays & Dock I think) and check the bottom right one, it's a default behavour on MacOS X and you could turn it off.
