I installed Parallels and then Windows Vista, which is super buggy. I want to nuke Parallels and install Vista with boot camp, but have no idea what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Boot Camp is completely separate from Parallels so you can just fire up Boot Camp Assistant and make a partition then start installing Windows.
im not sure how to delete a Windows install from Parallels so hopefully someone else will chime in.
