Expanded .sit Stuffit archive files show OK in Finder but ZERO BYTES in Terminal!

Not sure if this is some weird "normal" quirk but it's kinda spooking me...

If I look at file sizes of files extracted from a .sit archive (using Stuffit Expander) then in Finder they look fine.

BUT ls -l on them from the Terminal and the show as zero size.


Anyone else seen this? Surely not normal?!
