Expecting IOS 26 but getting IOS 18.7

I kept refreshing this AM at 7AM HI time and got NO UPDATE. Then suddenly it wants me to install IOS 18.7 shich I had never been offered. Anyone else?

Look further down the update page, IOS 26 should be there.

26 appeared after doing the other update. Currently waiting 6 more minutes for that download. They anoying thing about that is we should have been offered that other update a while back.

At first I just got the 18.7 update, but tried again and the iOS 26 upgrade was there - scroll down on the page.
