expense app for mac ipad and android device

Hi guys, is there any expense management app which is available on mac, ipad and android? I need an app that can sync in between all my apple and android device.

I have not seen an app itself. I would try a service like mint.com or quickbooks online.

Mint requires bank account to be linked. I would prefer something like budget book.
