    Hey all!

Take a look at our app ProOnGo Expense http://www.proongo.com

ProOnGo Expense is an expense tracker that allows users to automatically generate expense reports by taking a picture of their receipt with their phone's camera.

The receipt's data is then extracted into an Excel spreadsheet, XML, a fax, or it can be synced with a QuickBooks Online account.

    Evernote and PocketMoney

Is there any chance this app could be integrated with these apps, as it would save me so much time on my expenses.

like if I could export my images over to Evernote or Pocketmoney. I currently use BillMinder, and I am able to export everything into Pocketmoney right from the app. It's an inter-app collab.

For some reason when I read the name ProOnGo I only saw Porn on go. Had me wondering what the expense was.

Seriously though, this might be just what I've needed for expenses. I might have to check it out. My boss thanks you (I'm currently 2 months behind).

Not at the moment. But if those apps are able to import spreadsheets and different filetypes than it could be a breeze.

    ProOnGo Expense Update

    Hey Guys

I just wanted to give you an update on our expense-tracking app, ProOnGo Expense.

With this new version, we were able to incorporate some brand new features into the app. Check ‘em out!

    Among the new features:

    Restore your Expenses From Web

The latest version of ProOnGo Expense allows users to retrieve all their previous expenses via the ProOnGo server, and have them sent straight to your devic e. So if you get a new phone, you’ll be able to restore all your previous expenses.

    Auto-compute Mileage

Now iPhone users will be able calculate their mileage purely by their GPS without having to manually enter in a Start and End date. Simply open up a new Mileage Expense and ProOnGo Expense will automatically detect your current address as the starting point. Then, when you have reached your destination, open up that same Mileage Expense and ProOnGo Expense will detect your end address and calculate the distance (in miles) between to the two points, and multiply the distance with your rate per mile.

    Time Expenses Remembers Client

This new feature will remember your clients for your Time Expenses. When iPhone users create a new Time Expense, users canenter in a new client name, or choose between former clients they have created Time Expenses for.

    More Categories for Regular Expenses

iPhone users now have two more categories to label their Regular Expenses. When users create new Regular Expense, they’ll be able to label the expense by the Expense Category (Entertainment, Food, etc), Expense Type (Business, Personal, etc), Client Type andthe Payment Type.
We are really excited about these new features and would love to hear what you think.

    Hey Everyone

We're waiting on Apple to approve our most recent version of ProOnGo Expense and I just wanted everyone to know that we have just added the ability for our subscribers to export their expense reports to QuickBooks Pro.

So now we support QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Pro, which cover the majority of small business accounting programs and we're also able to have users export their expense reports to the template of their choosing (i.e. the company expense report template).

I'd love for you guys to check out the app and give us some feedback. Our user feedback is probably the best way for us to prioritize our dev, so any suggestions are much appreciated.

    Thanks all!

    Hey Everyone
We made some big changes to our Business Packages. It's a lot easier to record your business expenses and adjudicate your employees' expenses from the Web Portal.

I can tell you more if you want to send me an email max [at] proongo [dot] com.
