Has anyone noticed that most expensive cases ($40-50 and up) are made from the worst quality leather?

Cases in the $25-30 range seem to have the best build quality and materials. I guess most people don't get what they pay for.

Be more specific and identify the brand you're speaking of. I have a $44 Maroo Moko II and it's of a great quality.
