Hello Everyone,

Could someone please help me fix an expired certificate. I do not know much about these things but in the past I have always found enough information on the Internet to be able to fix it myself.

The system is a 2012 MacBook Air running OS X 10.9.5 Mavericks with Server version 3.2.2. I use this as a file and print server and as a time machine destination, there is nothing that is Internet facing.

A few weeks ago there was a power outage and when it was restored the Mac did not reset it’s own time and was running like that for a while before I noticed and I had to reset the date/time manually. Since then the server software has been complaining about this certificate, which is why I have posted it in this part of the forum.

Thank you for your anticipated help in this regard.

I exported the certificate (just in case), deleted it in Key Chain and re-started the Mac/Server. Everything seems to be okay.
