I was running my ClamXav for any viruses etc and it came up with:

filename: Page.webarchive
infection name: HTML.Exploit.CVE_2013_0028

What is it? And how do I get rid of it?
Does it affect mac users or only PC users?

I have no idea how I got it! Please help me! :(

According to the National Vulnerability Database, this only affects the Microsoft Windows browser Internet Explorer, versions 6 through 9. That means it cannot do anything to your Mac.

It was probably downloaded to you Mac by interacting with a website that was compromised with the exploit.
