Does anyone understand this problem? When I exported the video to a friends computer it does not play the video on his in computer.

What are the specs of his and your computer?

Has he the latest quicktime? Have you?

From where do you export from?

What are the settings you used?

What do you mean by "I exported the video to a friends computer"?
Did you send it to him or did you use his computer?

Questions, questions, questions.

Your friend doesn't have the video codec installed to be able to playback the file.
Yes, this. I have this feeling that it's an H.254 codec, since a lot of non-Mac computers don't have this codec installed. (One of the common complaints is that there is audio and no video.) Or perhaps DivX and he's using the wrong media player. If he tried to play it with Windows Media Player, it's useless without the right codecs. (And it's difficult to get WMP to play H.264.)
